That handicap spot was assigned to the owner who at this time has a hard time walking up and down their stairs. The white truck is parked in the yellow because they work at night and there isn't any parking a four in the morning. Stop complaining and live your life. This is an issue that does not effect your life at all.

That van has a different excuse every month for YEARS NOW plus they using that van as storage. Give up the vehicle so it can be used for a person who can move they can and not make excuses every month!!! And i get out of work at 5am so i do not want to hear that excuse!!!! Same way i park BLOCKS AWAY is the same one this person can. Handicap or not theres no excuse to block the yellow AT ALL. If i get a ticket for being 2 inches in the yellow this person should recieve a ticket!!!!

It's not not excuse it's unfortunately a health issue, not sure why this is an issue for you. Who are you tell anyone to give up their car because a person is in poor health which the police are aware of. The van is also not used as storage. As for the truck the driver receives parking tickets all the time soooo there's that. I can't believe you believe you have a right to tell someone to get rid of their car because it's inconvenient to you
