Ok this is the nail in the coffin. This proves both 228 E 165th St Hammond and 6448 Woodward Hammond Indiana, Hammond, Indiana are working together. You have about 30 reports in 3 years to show a pattern. Lots have vin numbers and plate numbers.

Both have cars on the same streets for sale, same signage, all from CoParts salavage dealer auction and now this proves they are sharing the same phone number ( 219-588-6240).
That number has been on signs at Woodward (4231250 as documented in submitted picture of that report) and now in front of 228 E 165th.

228 was warned last week when he had two cars in front of his house for sale (4574281). So this is now a third one in front of the house. You have seen in front of Dollar General in the past (4467029).

Anything be done now we can prove this is two people working together as a business ? Who do all these plates come back too? These people have flooded 165th and all the side streets to many times and too many years.
