My garbage cart was not emptied last week. I reported it last week. This was the response I got then:

The garbage was never picked up. I have had to ask a neighbor if I could put some of my household garbage in her container, so that mine would not overflow. I hope it gets picked up tomorrow, our regular pick up day.
My point is, it seems to be theresponse of "Office101@SW" to me, my comment is what we tell everyone, but it actuality, "Suck it, Homeowner. If you didn't get picked up, we'll get to it next week this time, and if you don't like it, tough!"
