Owners failing to maintain right of way along 15th St N. Overgrown vegetation along the street and not mowing or maintaining lawn inside the fence. The investors and management of Eco Village have bought up multiple properties along 15th St N and they all look terrible. Half of them are gutted on the inside with people living in dangerous conditions. You should inspect 321 15th St N as well.
