Beschreibung
On the corner of Patapsco valley drive and rogers Ave on Hollifield elementary side many trees have limbs that are pushing against the white vinyl fence and brick monument. The limbs are starting to break them. I am the property manager, Matt Wood with Howard property management. I have verified that these trees are within a 10 ft tree easement and are not on HOCO school property after having a land survey completed by Greg connors from HOCO public schools. We need these tress heavily cut back or removed. Please call at 443-518-6997. We need to know if you can cut these tress as soon as possible.

"I got in contact with Matt Wood and will be forwarding this to him, he is working on getting the entire property fixed up. I told him that when they did the site plan for the school it would have the sign included. If there was in this 10’ easement the HOCO Schools says the highway dept. is to maintain it would not include the trees behind the sign. I also told him when an easement is provided by highways or utilities it will say maintained by others most of the time.
He is meeting soon with the board to get a final approval of all of the work being done, I asked him to contact you guys and let you know the issue is being worked on so you could respond to the complaint. "
Thank you for reporting your issue/request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. This issue has been addressed and will be closed in Tell HoCo. If you require more information, please contact Department of Public Works Highways office 410-313-2430.
