The signal at this intersection should be changed. When traveling north on West ave and come to Sebastopol rd you should have the left lane for left turn or straight in the shopping center parking lot and the right lane should be for a right turn only.The right turn lane can become backed up all the way to Sunset because the drivers that are going straight from the right lane are keeping cars turning right from turning.
