Description

Sunken sewer cover in the front of my house has worsened and the noise is intolerable. Speed limit is 30 mph the cars go anywhere from 30 to 50mph and hit this manhole and makes loud noise at all times of the day. It’s particularly loud when trucks and anything towing a trailer and snow plows are extremely loud. If this was fixed it would make a huge difference in the traffic noise which already the Indianapolis speedway.
