Across the street from where I see out my kitchen window at 8000 Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael, there are a Number of Homeless men & at least one woman have been seen going in & out of vacant lot! Personally Viewed a camp within the center of Lot! Trash & bottles everywhere! Seen bicycles also traveling in! maybe 2-3 Chain link (5 ft links) have been removed to gain access! Worried about fire danger!
