Had a function at Painter Park, with maybe 50 elderly guest, and was very disappointed. It was on Saturday past, and the bathrooms were closed. We were forced to use a Porto potty that was not only dirty, but open to ALL of the public. Not to mention there was only one potty for both the upper cookout area, and the lower cookout area
