The public restrooms at Hann park needs some serious attention! No soap to wash hands, unable flush urinals and toilets too. Please pass this on to G.V.R.D. since they are supposed to be responsible for the parks in this city! There are also homeless living in and near the area, so there is a lot of trash, shopping carts and other belongings!
