How is this a I&P Complaints? It should be traffic engineering, northern roads or SHA

In the past County has opened up a WO on our behalf when reported through here. Is that no longer the practice?

If I open a work order it would be for the county to repair the road. Since it is not a county road, I can not open a work order to fix it. You should contact the state to fix the state road.

Phil, please look at previous requests. The county has put in a request to SHA to repair it and got a WO#. I am opening this up until the same process is followed or documentation of this process change is provided.

Mike, I just looked through all your previous request. None of them were for a state highway. We do not open work orders and send them to the state. When a request comes in about a State maintained road we respond with a phone number or link for the request to be made directly to the state. That is the process that we follow. If the request is for a county maintained road then a work order is opened. I'm sorry if you understood to work another way.

Request received was for a State maintained road, Fort Smallwood (MD-173). Information was provided to citizen on 7/20/18. No work needed to be done by AACO DPW. Request is now being closed.
