Opis

There is unusual traffic, drug dealing, gambling, and THEY USE THE BATHROOM OUTSIDE causing Flies and it is Totally Embarrassing to be outside. This is Not just 1 or 2 people, it is on a daily basis about 10 to 15 people using the bathroom outside.
