Descrição

Someone in Haymaker's kitchen keeps emptying the grease from their fryer into the alley storm drain on Monday mornings. It has happened three weeks a row! It stinks and is very gross. There is a grease receptacle right the by their kitchen door but for some reason it keeps being put in the alley drain.
I live right next to this drain and it is very offensive. Please help!

Crew investigates spill of grease in alley. Crew talked to employees and said that the grease container got swapped out and a small amount of grease leaked while swapping containers. Crew reported there was very little grease on ground and none in the catch basin.

This in not true. It was a large amount of oil. An employee has been pouring the oil down the storm drain on Monday's between 10AM-12PM. It has been a greasy mess. I complained to another employee and he used degreaser on the mess. This has happened more than once. This needs to be monitored.

Myself and another Supervisor went to the area and found the same thing that the crew did. Very small amount of grease on the alley surface and just a thin skim on the surface in the catch basin. We checked every area in the alleys and found nothing.
