The condo building alone is suffering from malicious termite damage. You can see the damage and feel the building sway at times. The unit above apartment 4, you can hear the wood about fall in and collapse any day now. Who knows how long the building has before it can take the lives of all the tenants in the units. The pool is also unsanitary with loose electrical lights. The fence in the property is also falling. The whole place is rotting. Something has to be done before this place claims the life of many.
