Lake Side Association said the tree belongs to Howard County Govt. If your office can provide me with any validation that the tree belongs to Lake Side Home Association, I would appreciate it. Thank you

Greg J read your comment, Lake Side H.O.A doesn't agree. With your assessment , when the Tree is locate outside H.OA. property boundaries within less then 25 feet from Lake Elkhorn.

7526 Broken Staff Columbia MD. Tree in question with concern located in the REAR of the homes within 25 feet of "Lake Ehorn" property of Howard County Govt. Public Works needs to walk thur the area {closure inspection} no drive-bye.
