Description
In October 2017 a driver texting ran over all the phone boxes in my front yard. I have called the city, AT&T, & Comcast. All want to pawn it off on the next guy and it still isn't corrected. Then the contractors for Google fiber came and laid their conduit. This cut the AT&T line so a temporary line is laying in the street and has been for months. They also cut the power to the street light. The city came and corrected this, but still left the mess of lines piled up in my yard nor has required anyone to come correct it. I don't know who else to contact.

The damage to this pedestal was due to a vehicle. Our fiber crews have looked into this, and found that ATT has ran a temporary above ground cable. This was not due to Bear nor a Bear subcontractor. We are reassigning this to City of Huntsville IT.
Thank you,
