Description
The occupants at this address have painted the curb red on a second occasion. They have painted the curb red as to deter vehicles from parking in front of their building. They have created a makeshift driveway. They have sunken their own water meter boxes and have caused damage to the sidewalk by continually driving on the sidewalk.
Does city zoning allow to create an illegal driveway?
