When do you think this might get handled accordingly? The streets are starting to backup again at 6:35 pm with a light drizzle. I guess we need to contact 8 on Our side, maybe that will speed up the handling process.FYI I'm keeping a paper trail of this issue, in case we need to contact Morgan and Morgan, when we get flooded.

A city car went out to the pump house about 30-40 minutes ago. The pond has not receded. I cannot tell if they are still there or if they have already left. Hope you don't flood. I will join you with Morgan and Morgan if we do.

We still don't have a backup Generator, for power outages during the storms.

Thank you for your comments. We have a back up generator ready at our fleet division that is in ready to go mode and would be on site if needed. The pumps have a quick connect for this at the control box. Thanks again.

Why wasn't it installed during the last hurricane? It needs to there ahead of the storm.
