Description
Magic Fountain customers are parking on both sides of Lowell Ave. There are parking signs posted but they are ignored constantly. Police need to monitor neighborhood and ticket offenders. This business is open 8 months out of the year and hours are from 12:00-11:00pm. They don't have ample parking for their business and it has become a nuisance to the neighborhood.
