I dont understand why people feel the need to go searching for issues. Why are you on this person's property without there knowledge snooping around their vehicles. I would report you, stay off other people's property. Instead go to the front door with issues maybe it would get solved on a more respectful level than being a sneaky neighbor and reporting people.

The owners have been made aware of the issues by other residents as well as the owner they are renting from. They have made no effort to correct the issues. The car has not moved in over 2 months and the back of the vehicle can be seen from either of the 2 adjacent properties. No one went on to their property to verify the absence of a tag.

Initial action has been taken regarding your complaint. The responsible party is being notified of the code violation and we have asked for their cooperation in bringing the property into compliance.
