I ran into the cops checking this out yesterday, so maybe they will fix it. I literally see people crossing through this downed fence onto the commuter rail tracks daily, and there have been intermittent piles of discarded purses and cell phones like it's a dumping ground for thieving jerks who cut through on the tracks.
