Last complaint for these HORRIBLE people what is the maximum number of cats a household can have? The other day I saw at least 10 cats in the front window. There was a handful of adult cats then a litter of Kittens. This explains the smell coming from the house when it is opened up. But this is also an issue because they let the cats out when its dark out. The cats are fighting, urinating on peoples property, and injuring themselves and others pets. Police have been called but nothing is being done that I can see. I'd like the cats checked on to make sure they are all healthy. If not perhaps animal control can have them removed and placed with the shelter. There is a siamese, orange and white, black and white, mostly orange, all black, grey, and like a side a litter of kittens.
