Description

The owner of the house at 1925 Brookhaven- which is zoned RSF2 - is in violation of Article 5 Section 5.2.3.1.i. of Appendix A of the Sarasota County Ordinance. The ordinance states that "dwelling units may be rented as a whole for periods of greater than 30 days" The property is consistently being rented out weekly since the winter of 2016. The property is listed as a daily rental on the site Vacasa at the following link: https://www.vacasa.com/unit.php?UnitID=10213

The renters at the property are becoming increasingly inconsiderate of the residents of the neighborhood and the Forest Lakes golf course on the neighborhood.
