A. In the past two weeks I have found two hyperdermic needles within the Dixon First St area. CVS Parking lot and near Dixon Rental. The city has an apparent drug problem now evident by the druggies riding BMX bikes around town and loitering near the Sinclair gas station and Viva parking lot. I have really witnessed drug transactions while at the gym. Women’s improvement Park is getting just as bad. Very unfortunate now the way Dixon is rapidly changing.
