How did the neighbor get permission to beautify that road section? Do they still live there? Has this been destroyed by rain water drain off? I can't even see what this problem is. I want to vote and add something to help you get this solved. Could you take close - up pictures and add them to this problem. Not even the satellite map shows anything. Under the Issue ID there isn't even listed what Congressional District you are in. They should be contacted. Please say more about this for we city residents can understand and vote for this issue to be fixed.
