I opened a request months ago when the lid was originally broken by the refuse pickup crew. I assumed it was fixed since my ticket was closed, however my tenant informed me that it was never repaired and the lid broke off completely. I had to flip the totter over since it kept filling with rain water. I need it repaired or a new one brought to replace this damaged one. Thank you- homeowner

Please see issue # 3655026 and issue # 3653527 for the SAME problem which keeps getting closed out.
This is ridiculous I want an update and I want this fixed.
