Moffatt rd is a narrow street and should be assessed and hopefully acknowledged that parking should be on one side of the street only. Numerous times cars and especially ambulances and fire trucks cannot get through because of two sided parking.
Last night my automobile was sideswiped from being parked in front of my home.

I believe the police even spoke to a.neighbor about this issue but he has not altered the parking of his vehicle.
If you would have someone assess it I do believe they would understand the issue.
