Since its been a month since this request, I thought I would follow up. Is the city the correct resource that I should go to or do I need to be sending this request to another entity?

I am concerned about the canopy of trees on 23rd and Calder. The tree trucks had to swerve left right to avoid hitting them. Then I got a lot of debris flying by. Dangerous. Also down Gladys past Dowlen going towards Longfellow.

The city of Beaumont has recently changed the software it uses to track work requests. Due to the significance of this upgrade, all previous app requests were unable to migrate over and being properly tracked and updated for our citizens.
