According to Ordinance Chapter 8-4 through 8-6, the current owner had 14 days to comply to correct the overgrowth or receive a $100 penalty for every day this is not addressed, which is now completely out of hand. I have also tried to contact the current mortgage company to remind them that the previous owner was informed of dead tree limbs overhanging my property that needed to be addressed. They stated the real estate agent was responsible, and the real estate agent pushed it back to the mortgage company, so this also has not been addressed.

This is unresolved with no call I was told to contact Tom Hibert (left a message). I have called Fannie Mae who tell me that Patrick Nolan 413-786-5047 is supposed to be overseeing the property management for 30 Rosedell Dr. I have spoken with him three times, and he states he has tried to get "the people" to get over there to care for it. Additionally, the police were called there about 2 weeks ago for a suspected break in, and the garage door was broken off the rails and is hanging off still today.

This has been long over the allowed legal time to be resolved. I will be calling looking for a copy of the notice that was given to the property owner so I can pursue further legal action, if you haven’t already been fining these people
