This portion of State St sidewalk has never been cleaned or shoveled in winter. It's a great way to walk from Crown to Wooster Square. Who is responsible for cleaning it??

I sometimes try to manoeuvre down this sidewalk with suitcases on my way to Union Station; once even with a baby in a push chair. At some point you generally have to get off the sidewalk and walk down the edge of the traffic lane. Please fix!

It would be the responsibility of the property owner, Erin...Parking Authority or City? If its the City then LCI, DPW or Traffic would be slated for that shoveling during the winter time. Town Green in partnership with Liberty Safe Haven cleaned up and trimmed the trees in this area mid-summer of 2010...I hope that helped.

i believe the sliver lots are owned by the city, and leased/given to NHPA - so i would imagine it's the hydra head of the NHPA and City of New Haven

Never been addressed, but it's unclear who has the responsibility to maintain it. Until more development happens in the old coliseum lot, this may need to be closed.
