Bikes STILL going the wrong way all day every day from pearl to north and beyond. This is a state highway (7)...bikes have no excuse from the law now. The infrastructure is there for them, yet most still feel entitled to dis-obey laws, laws that should and NEED to be enforced, at least on this dangerous route.
