Streetlight in park has Been broken for months.

Just noticed yesterday there are actually at least 2 broken lights in the park. They are missing the globes on top, and the bulbs are sticking out sideways.

This is a safety issue. Who can I contact to make some progress on this? Inadequate lighting leads to all kinds of other problems (drinking, vandalizing, etc.)
