I can’t wait to see the work that is starting soon! Too bad you didn’t just do like your neighbor and do work without having permits. That could have saved you money when your roof, furnace, hot water tank, and all that was done. Maybe you won’t have to get or pay for permits for the work that the contractors are starting soon.

If they stop helping others then maybe they can do more things to her place as they are always helping their neighbors mowing, shoveling, picking up trash throughout their neighborhood, giving rides, babysitting, and so much more.... even helping St.Lucas Church too ... these are very good people and MOST of their neighbors would say so.

My foundation needs duct pointed, which is done yearly as it’s an old home built in 1880’s,.

Done! New siding on house, garage/carriage-house/shed as well as new storm windows, and the CVAP contract even includes the foundation repairs! Thank you for your complaints that helped me get such greatly needed improvements and repairs! The City even signed off all these complaints are covered even though all work in the contract was NOT completed!

Same issues reported already and didn’t the City of Toledo’s Neighborhoods Department of Codes & Inspection just approve the completions of all work done by CVAP Grant that AB Stanbery LLC just finish on October 23, 2019?
