The condition you reported was one of the 12 original deficiencies noted in the May inspection. She has returned on June 29th and an extension was granted for these two items until Wednesday, August 15, 2018 @ 10 a.m.
The inspector was not met by any representative of the property owner on August 15th. We are issuing a $200 re-inspection fee for non-compliance and setting a new follow up date to check the required repairs.
