Yard stick upside down but grass over 15” tall at 1219 and 1217–both rental properties—property manager has maybe mowed the 2 properties a total of 4 times since start of summer. We are sick of looking at a trashy hayfield across the street in an otherwise beautifully maintained neighborhood.
