Tree branches are blocking street light in alley behind house, the west side of alley from light is dark and unsafe because of blockage from overgrown trees. I reported to Duke Energy and they came and trimmed around streetlight but would not trim out further to eliminate the darkness on the west side saying it is in the city's right of way. This is a safety issue for residents who depend on that lighting at night.
