In addition to promoting the feral cat population, now it has come to putting trash in unregistered vehicles & stacking trash on the side of a broken down garage that attracts wildlife.
In such a pretty neighborhood, where people take pride in their lawns and gardens why should this be permitted. Is there something that can be done?
