Opis

My black trash barrel was not emptied all the way on 8/16, 1 bag was still in it. It was not jammed by any means, actually still had room for another bag..., I called Republic on 817 9:00am, they told me they would more than likely pick it up on Monday. By then the barrel smelled real bad and was breeding grounds for many flies ..Picking the barrel up Monday did not happen so I called Tuesday, had to give info all over again, never got picked up until trash day 8/23.. I am very upset at the ignorance by Republic employees, this is not the first or second situation I have had with them.
