The elevator has not worked off and on for 10 days. It is now 2 days since it has worked at all.
A disabled person lives in my unit and is unable to traverse the 3 flights of stairs. There are multiple units that have tenants with similar immobility issues. The elevator issues are reported, supposedly fixed, but within a few hours the elevator breaks down again. The call center says they have received multiple complaints, but the management representative is not responding to them nor has anyone shown for repairs.
