snow mound at corner of parmenter road and fuller st on southbound side makes it dangerous and difficult to see while driving. City will be held liable for creating dangerous condition by piling snow there when I crash my car because I can't see or a child falls into traffic while playing on snow mound. $$$$$$$ here I come.
