Really? a few bricks? Not quite clear from the photo but even looks like it's most likely on private property, not in the alley. Just what is DPW supposed to do with this? Why "waste" DPW resources for little stuff like this? How can we expect them to perform for the really serious things if they are pricked to death with inconsequential tasks like this?
