What would you call it when it comes down on someones head?
Why are you letting this happen to our Historic District?
That house is on the National Register with that street.
Have the owner fix it before it is to late and has to be torn down.

Place needs inspection to have approved work permit,-by whom the city chooses to do so, because of the history that protects it. An immediate support beam should be placed where the column needs support before being replaced. This is, in my opinion,.

I refuse to be okay with allowing HEROS TO DO THEIR JOBS WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO DODGE WHAT IS OF HAZARD TO THEM AND THEIR ABILITIES TO DO THEIR JOBS AS THEY SAVE LIVES. We have codes all types and kinds to protect what defends us and restores us. WE cares before WE allows them unfair battle ground. They try to do a well-check and,.. what!? Have to worry about a roof falling on them? Come on. Not on Our time. This issue can get approved by the councillors cuz they like their paychecks. And the city will pay for the temporary housing of that owner until that house is all clear by proper, punctual inspections. History deserves support. Glory around.

This is unreal. This site has opened my eyes to what is really going on in our city. This issue has been going on since 2018?! It seems the taxpayers and law abiding citizens get the shaft while those who break the law are allowed to do what they want without any ramifications. No wonder we are frustrated! There are almost 1 million people living here, and ne building inspector?? Let's hire 10 more and get these jobs done! The taxpayers deserve it!

I just drove by this house. I had to see for myself about this complaint that was lodged 9 months ago. And the front grass is at least a foot and a half tall. What a shame.

Maybe the New Mayor will do something for the Historic District. Our Counselor Dennis does NOTHING about it. Shame on him!

Ron, I have to sadly agree with you. I wrote to Mr. Eanini for the first time a couple of weeks ago about a complaint I had on SCF for 3 Kelloch Ave. It was closed shortly after I wrote the councillor, with the city alleging there were no QOL violations even though the topic was mainly code enforcement-related and mushroomed into other activities going on. I didn't hear back from him and the city suddenly the complaint. Coincidence? Who knows? But we do wield some power, and that's at the ballot box.

The City is not responsible for maintaining privately owned properties.
