Water coming where there is not a storm drain in the front of his property, there is a curb most of the way, but no curb in this one area in front of his property. At this gap, a stream flows along his property and goes all down his property and enters into a storm drain in the back of the property that makes a stream thru his yard. All the water from other properties is being funneled into his yard, please inspect
