MOST WEEKS someone in the 386 Madison household dumps used furniture behind the address on Jefferson. Eventually the City people remove it but net before it has been there a week or more because they never call it in to be picked up. This photo is 4 days before trash pickup and is typical of most weeks from this household. It is not even behind their property, but the apartment building next to them.
