This light has been out for quite some time and was reported by our neighbor months ago. Any reason why this has not been scheduled to be fixed yet?

I reported this a month ago, and it still hasn’t been fixed. This issue has been reported multiple times and still no action. Makes me think that no one is monitoring reports from this app. Can someone please provide a timeline when it will be fixed? It’s a safety issue now that days are shorter and many rail commuters who use Highland St in the evening have to walk through the pitch dark at the west end of Highland. Thank you.
