City Manager’s Assistant assigned this issue to DPW Commissioner

Dead plants have been removed.

Thank you ....but the Real issue for me is that the city and Taxpayers are reimbursed for those plants . The company that was awarded the contract to plant the grass ,etc did such a Miserable job that Nothing they did has worked out . They created a muddy swamp with mosquitos when the sprinkler system was turned on. This year...No Water and the grass
Looks worse than it did Before they touched it..at least Try to get some kind of refund from them . I will be happy to throw down some grass seed IF the weather co operates.
Some will blame the the poor condition of the park on dog owners but there are a lot more issues here. Also...the water fountain is Still Not functioning . The city cemented the pad Weeks and Weeks ago and then left a pile of bricks and an orange cone to warn us it was not working 🤡
