Roseville Department of Public Services assigned this issue to Roseville Building and Code

Seriously doesn’t anyone have pride in their property anymore?!?! The homeowner can at least cut down the over grown weed that looks like a wild crappy bush blocking the side walk for people to walk or jog even ride bikes on. The city needs to treat situation like this the same way grass over a foot high is treated, warning given to owner and if the home owner does nothing to correct warning then city has all rights to clear the city sidewalk and charge the homeowner and it must be paid before the home can be sold. Its an investment to the home owner not the neighbors or city so charge for the laziness. Bet they don’t even live near or in the city of Roseville. Either way force them to maintain! What happened to the Roseville’s pride with our city. We are a laughing stock to other communities. Times are changing so what make people follow the rules. We did not buy a home in Roseville to let this happen.
