This issue has been investigated and resolved. SR#155296
Note for supervisor: More than 60 seconds is correct. The signal at Main and Jefferson coordinates with the traffic signal at Main St and Ridge St with a 90 second cycle during the daytime between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. During other times the cycle is shorter and will vary.

The other issue about the quick green light may be a detection issue and will be checked out and adjusted if necessary.

FYI: It was a detector problem, crews had to repair some electronics in the cabinet that were damaged by a power surge. The repairs were done Monday (9/10/18). The signal was on recall and had a fixed time on the side street which prompted the inquiry. The detectors are working properly now.
