  Third Request. Please, already the tree is dumping leaves, which will occur all summer. By law I am responsible for cleaning up the sidewalk, but this task is unduly burdensome. The owner of 1200 Dwight is in a nursing home; if you need contact information with his children, please let me know. His family now has a garden cleanup crew to deal with the tree, and now I am having to share the task with a paid gardener. I don't understand why the city is not dealing with this problem. I feel as if I'm working for the city, dealing with all this debris from spring into fall. I'm begging you.

  Please, this tree needs drastic pruning. It abuts a transformer on the pole right next to the tree and many lines run through it. I just got into a frightening altercation with someone when I was blowing the debris in the opposite direction to her (she was across the street and was shrieking at me, claiming the debris was blowing into her eyes). I use an electric blower and, as I say, was at quite a distance from her. The cleanup from this tree is hard on me, as I have breathing and orthopedic issues. After she left, I shoveled up and discarded the material. Once again, the tree is at 1200 Dwight Way. Thank you.
