Description

Storm drain ditch behind 3081 Belle Haven Dr. along Old Virginia Beach Rd (paper roadway) has been overgrown with weeds, trees, and isn't allowing water to drain away. It's a breeding ground for mosquitoes and is now full of poison Ivy. Requesting Maintenance-of the ditch prior to the impending Hurricane.
